Grief deepens you. It allows you to explore the perimeters of your soul. Grief is the only gateway to certain levels of consciousness, and it is a hard task master. Through grief you can explore every aspect of your dark-side; anger, pain, abandonment, terror, loneliness. These are the places within us that we try to ignore. Grief forces you to look at those parts of yourself that are not yet healed. If you look at grief as a teaching, you will grow. What is lost can only come back to you in higher ways. There is no way around grief, there is no place you can hide from grief. The way to wholeness lies in going through your grief. Are you afraid to face the pain and accept grief, going through the grief process will bring? Have you been hiding from grief, pretending you are really okay? Do you fear that your grief is so great that you will remain stuck in grief? Have you done some of your grieving but not all of it? Does grief sneak up on you and catch you by surprise? In order to heal, grieving is necessary. Part of life is about loss. The seasons change and everything is in a state of transition. Grief, if fully faced will lessen in time and your wounds will fade to scars. The grieving process will take as long as it needs to and can’t be rushed. Feel grief and healing will come.
How can I bear the unbearable?
How can I survive the insurmountable?
Will my sorrow ever end?
Will my loss ever be filled?
Will my longing ever cease?

I call upon the Elohim
of the ruby red ray,
to pour your light through my body.
