The Daily Detox

Cancer is on the rise due to an increasing amounts of toxins in our environment.    Our body is working over time to eliminate the  chemicals and toxins we are exposed to everyday.  It is very important to detox daily to maintain vibrant health and to support your liver, kidneys, and spleen.

Simple ways you can detox:

Drink Green Tea

Steam Rooms

Far Infrared Sauna

Drink plenty of purified water

Eat organic,  non-GMO foods

Sweat out toxins through exercise

Reduce your sugar intake

Skin Brushing

Eat lots of fiber & Leafy Greens

Install  a water purifying system in your shower and kitchen faucet

Get an air purifier

Plants act as natural air filters

Use only organic, non-toxic cleaning products

Purchase clean health and beauty products

Avoid drinking out of plastic bottles.   Use glass and stainless steel instead.

Avoid aerosol sprays in your home such as air fresheners, hair spray, Lysol.

Don’t paint your toenails or finger nails, it is very toxic.

Toxic build up in the body increases weight gain.  Toxins weaken all the body systems, can disrupt hormones, weakens the immune system, causes the  body to become overly acidic and creates disease.  By making these simple changes you can stay healthy.

Detox From Heavy Metals

Detoxification

Several beneficial techniques can lighten the heavy metal  load. Consuming plenty of purified water, getting adequate rest and brushing dry  skin is crucial for removing toxic metals  from the body, so too are bentonite clay baths and infrared saunas. The  following have also proven helpful:
Chlorella and spirulina – Binding to mercury, arsenic, cadmium and lead, spirulina and chlorella  are an excellent choice for removing heavy metals. Moreover, chlorella not only  attracts harmful metals but also encapsulates the toxins, thereby preventing  reabsorption in the digestive tract.
Zeolite – With exceptional  magnetic attributes, zeolite is one of the best methods for eliminating  troublesome metals. At the University of California in Los Angeles, eleven  healthy participants were given zeolite for 30 days. At the conclusion of the  study, researchers noted a significant reduction in heavy metal concentrations,  without any negative effect on vital electrolytes.
Cilantro – Dr.  Yoshiaki Omura, director of medical research at the Heart Disease Foundation,  discovered that lightly cooked cilantro causes mercury to be flushed from the  system via the urine. The herb also chelates aluminum and lead.
Dietrich  Kinghardt, MD, PhD, has found through his clinical research that 5 grams (1  teaspoon) of cilantro per day is the minimum dose. For a detoxifying tea, pour 1  liter of boiling water over at least 8 teaspoons of chopped cilantro. Cover and  let steep for 20 minutes in a non-reactive container like Pyrex or CorningWare.  For effective detoxification, consume the tea for at least two to three  months.
Activated Charcoal: Take in capsule form.
Diatomaceous Earth:  This can be good for detoxing but is has a harshness to it.
Bentonite Clay:  Can ingest or use it in bath water

Baking Soda Bath

Take a baking soda bath twice per week.    Baking Soda baths are alkaline and are a great way to detox.   They are very beneficial.   This type of bath is also good for people who spend long hour working on computers.

You will need 2 pounds of all natural, aluminum free,  baking soda.  I like to use Bob’s Red Mill Baking Soda.

Take a shower

Fill the tub with lukewarm water only

Soak for 15 minutes

Submerge yourself up to your neck

Splash this water on your face for 2-3 minutes

Do not rinse off after this bath

Dry off and got to sleep, sweet dreams!
