Take a baking soda bath twice per week. Baking Soda baths are alkaline and are a great way to detox. They are very beneficial. This type of bath is also good for people who spend long hour working on computers.
You will need 2 pounds of all natural, aluminum free, baking soda. I like to use Bob’s Red Mill Baking Soda.
Take a shower
Fill the tub with lukewarm water only
Soak for 15 minutes
Submerge yourself up to your neck
Splash this water on your face for 2-3 minutes
Do not rinse off after this bath
Dry off and got to sleep, sweet dreams!
<Use coconut oil or olive oil as non-toxic skin lotion.
Avoid products that contain aluminum, parabens, phithalates, dyes, and propylene glycol.
Remove anti-bacterial soaps from your home.
Avoid wearing flame retardent clothing.
Avoid health & beauty products with triclosan and di-n-butyl.
Products that have long names that you can’t pronounce are most likely toxic.
If you can’t read it, you don’t need it.

Try a foot bath to pull toxins out of your body.
Add 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and 1/2 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide to a large pot of water.
The water should be as hot as you can stand.
Soak your feet up to your ankles for 15 minutes.
Do this for 4 days in a row.
